Easy Thai Fruit Salad

A fresh Thai fruit salad is the not just healthy but tastes good. Combine our recipe with your favorite fruits .

  1. Stir the Dressing ingredients (coconut milk, lime juice, sugar) together in a cup until sugar dissolves.
  2. Place all fresh fruit in a mixing bowl.  Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss well to mix.
  3. Pour or scoop the fruit salad into a serving bowl or into a carved-out pineapple. For instructions, see: how to make a pineapple boat.
  4. Garnish just before serving with a star fruit slice.
  5. Refrigerate if you are not serving immediately.
  6. To keep starfruit from going brown after slicing, simply drizzle it with some fresh lime or lemon juice.
